Figures deduct the 200 free visits, and assume one visit to each address. A campaign that works the same street again — a second round, or get-out-the-vote — records those visits too and pays the same rate for each.
| What you pay for | Visits you recorded, and nothing else |
| Data you must bring | None — or your own list, if you have one |
| Where it works | Any country you canvass in |
Pay as you go, and only for the doors you actually knock. There is no subscription to start and nothing to cancel when the campaign is over — whatever credit is left stays on the account for next time.
Before you ask
What counts as a chargeable visit?
A visit is charged when a canvasser saves it with something recorded on it.
Going back to the same address later is a new visit and is charged again — a second round, get-out-the-vote and a thank-you call are each real work. Re-saving or correcting a visit within 24 hours is not charged twice.
What if credit runs out mid-shift?
Nothing stops. A canvasser standing at a door never sees a paywall — the balance is allowed to go slightly negative and settles on your next top-up. Administrators are emailed well before it gets close, and auto top-up is on by default.
Does the credit expire? What if we stop mid-campaign?
Credit does not expire, and there is nothing to cancel. Stop knocking and the charges stop with you — no monthly fee keeps running, no notice period, no renewal date to diarise. Whatever is left on the account stays there, so a by-election balance is waiting for you at the general.
Do the free visits renew?
200 visits, once, when the account is created. Enough to walk a real street and see whether the tool suits your team.
Which should I buy?
Under 11001 visits, pay as you go — a flat price would cost you more than the visits do.
Between 11001 and 15000 visits, the $270 Campaign pass is cheaper, and the visits do not expire.
Between 15000 and 25000 visits, the $350 Premium pass covers it at 1.4¢ a visit.
Above 25000 visits — a federal riding, a mayoral race, several campaigns at once — get in touch. We would rather price it with you than sell you a package that does not fit. The calculator above works all three out for your number.
Do you charge by the number of people at an address?
No. We charge for visits recorded, and your address list can be any size. A home has about 3.0 people behind its door, and whether it is one person or five, it is one visit. So 15000 visits reaches roughly 45000 people, and you pay for the visits.
A second round at the same address is a second visit, and is charged again. Within 24 hours it is not — correcting what you recorded this morning is free.
It also means a household of five costs you no more than a household of one, which is not true of software priced per contact record.
How do we pay?
Card, through Stripe. Top up when you want to; there is no subscription to cancel afterwards. Party and multi-campaign arrangements are invoiced.
Ready when your campaign is
Once your campaign is approved, top up $50, draw an area, and send your first canvasser out the same day. Stop whenever you like — there is nothing to cancel, and whatever credit you have left is still there for the next election.
